Mandatory Training

All care staff complete mandatory training in line with regulatory expectations and best practice. Training is refreshed regularly to keep knowledge current.

  • First Aid (where appropriate to role)
  • Medication Support (where required and appropriate)

Specialist & Role-Specific Training

Where relevant to the role and the individuals being supported, staff may receive additional specialist training in line with service needs and individual development plans.

  • Dementia Awareness
  • Supporting Individuals with Cognitive Impairment
  • Medication Support & Safe Administration (where assessed and agreed)
  • End-of-Life Awareness (where appropriate)
  • Positive Communication & Person-Centred Care

Qualifications & Career Development

We support staff to work towards nationally recognised qualifications and encourage continuous professional development.

  • Level 2 Diploma in Care (RQF)
  • Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF)
  • Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) (for senior roles)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF) (for management roles)
