Non-Regulated Activities

In addition to regulated personal care, Rosetin Healthcare Ltd provides a range of non-regulated support services designed to help individuals manage everyday life safely, comfortably, and with confidence in their own homes. These services focus on practical assistance, companionship, and well-being, and are tailored to individual needs and preferences.

Companionship
We provide friendly and supportive companionship to help reduce loneliness and social isolation. Our carers offer conversation, reassurance, and emotional support, promoting wellbeing and a sense of connection.
Meal Preparation
Support with preparing meals and drinks in line with individual preferences, routines, and dietary requirements, helping to maintain good nutrition and hydration.
Domestic Support
Assistance with light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, and general tidying, helping to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
Shopping & Errands
Support with shopping, collecting prescriptions, and running essential errands, ensuring individuals have what they need to manage daily life comfortably.
Medication Prompting
Reminders and encouragement to take prescribed medication at the correct time. We do not administer medication as part of non-regulated support unless this has been assessed and agreed as part of regulated personal care.

Assistance with everyday routines and activities to support independence, confidence, and well-being at home.
